Virgo, Dale v ZV, Board of Management of Kensington Primary School, Minister of Education, Attorney General of Jamaica and Office of the Childrens Advocate

The written judgement issued by the Supreme Court of Jamaica regarding the matter of then 5-year-old, ZV, being instructed to cut her hair in order to attend Kensington Primary, has clarified that the ruling was not on the basis of her dreadlocked hair.

The ruling was issued on July 31, and the written judgement made public on August 3rd.
